What forms of payment do you accept?
The online shopping cart accepts both PayPal and credit cards. Credit cards are handled through PayPal. Postal money orders are also accepted by mail. Please contact us for details.
Can I phone in my order?
Telephone sales are currently not available. Please use the online shopping cart as this reduces our overhead and allows us to sell at the lowest prices.
Personal information will only be used to complete your transaction. Under no circumstances will any of the information you supply be used by us for any other purpose. No information is ever shared with any third party not involved in the purchase.
What is your return and warranty policy?
All products are new and factory fresh unless otherwise noted and carry a one year warranty by the manufacturer. The included owners manuals will detail how to contact the manufacturer in the unlikely event your item requires service. All repair or replacement service is performed by the manufacturer.
Any item that is non-functional at the time of delivery will be promptly replaced by us if notified within 30 days unless misused, accidentally or intentionally damaged. We do not offer products for evaluation purposes and any item returned for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for refund must be complete and in original packaging in order to be considered for refund. No returned items will be accepted without return authorization.
Pre-owned products, when offered, and are subject to the conditions included in the product description at the time of purchase.
